I just found this site trying to get an anime that looks good but i don't really download much stuff. is there any catch or things i should know about or is it really just lots of free anime?

im into the ones that make u cry cos they're the best; clannad, kanon... all the kyoto animation stuff is the best but also liked dennou coil, fate/stay night and im watching durarara at the moment, pretty good so far. and i've seen all the studio gibli... hmm i've seen heaps of others but those ones were the best, oo and can't forget angel beats, even tho thats close to kyoto animation.

so yea let me know if u have any rec's and tell me if this site is as good as it seems, thanks!

try Air if you like clannad or angel beats. try also bakemonogatari or spice and wolf and isekai no seikishi monogatari.

yea air is amazing, haven't seen spice and wolf yet but that looks good, and never heard of the others, i'l check them out, thanks.

I loved air too, if you liked the key titles, you might also be into the 'ef a tale of something or another' series. I heard H2O is also kinda good/similar but i've never tried it.
The first anime i watched after Air was Elfen Lied so i'd probably also reccommend that too unless flying limbs scare you xP

Welcome to AT. The ones that were mentioned: Toradora, Ef Tales Of Memories/Melodies, and H2O are good ones. Tell this day I still don't know why people like Spice and Wolf? It's good but the craze around it makes no damn sense. The only thing good about it is Horo and after awhile, it gets old.

WsE is right. Just don't download like a crazy person, like it's really free. An if possible, use the DDL provided on the main page.
