I'm really awful at these threads, but hello. I'm Soph and I've been watching anime/reading manga for about 4 years now. I used to be a regular over at MyAnimeList before the website died of lag.

Been looking around for a decent forum community to help me get back into the anime/manga world since I've fallen out of it over the last year. My favourite genre is slice of life. I love CLAMP with a passion. My favourite anime series are Aria, Kanon 06 and Cardcaptor Sakura. My favourite manga series are xxxHolic, Fushigi Yuugi and YKK.

Anyway, I think I've waffled enough.

Welcome aboard. So you lost a year's worth of anime?
I am then forced to recommend you to watch Kami nomi zo shiru sekai, Ore no imouto ga konnani kawaii wake ga nai, Seitokai Yakuindomo, Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin, Durarara!!, maybe Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi as well...

I second Unknown's recommendations and would add Bakemonogatari for some diversity if you haven't seen it. Also Bakuman to for good measure.

Well welcome to the forums and happy holidays! Looks like you're a key fanatic. If you want slice of life animes try Clannad, or Lucky Star (w/ some comedy in it)
