i just registered to this site because my friend ecniv pm me about a guy who has simply copied and posted my uploads to his own credits for this site.

and i think it's unfair to let this guy be left alone on what he's doing which is definitely unethical . i hope the staff of this site could impose appropriate sanction on this guy named malik8

So it's absolutely fine if you do something "unethical and illegal" but not if someone else does the same thing?

Uploading and sharing any copyrighted works without permission from the content owner is unethical and illegal in the first place.

If you really care about ethics and legality, then stop uploading others' intellectual property, and remove them from downloading sites.

TLDR; go complain somewhere else where someone actually cares, hypocrite

these are released by fansub group and what im just saying is that it's unethical for someone to taking the credit for the works of others. it's not an easy stuff to be reencoding animes and uploading them but it's a big thing if somebody just taking the credit by just copying my works and posting it as his.

copyrighted materials is a different stuff. but allowing others to just benefit by simply copying the works of others is also different staff which any admin of any site has the right to discipline an erring member.

what im just saying any forum has a rule against using the links and works of other for your own credits. one downside of this bad habit is anytime i could make my links private and complains will be crop up in the forum where the poster who just copied my link will have trouble answering them. so it's bad for the site too.

what im saying about my works, is the work involving downloadin the release by fansub group, reencoding them to smaller size and uploading them some free filehosts and posting the links in a forum. im not saying im the one who have originally made the episode in the first place.

its simple as that. and a guy who simply copied these works is unfair to be left un-sanctioned inside a site's forum.

but if it's okay for the site's admin this kind of practice. i rest my case. and hope you are all just happy about that.
