Summary: Ranma Saotome and his father, Genma, show up at the Tendou dojo after a journey to China. There, the two had fallen into cursed springs. Whatever died in those springs is what Ranma and Genma will turn into. Ranma turns into a girl while his father becomes a panda. However the transition only takes place if they come in contact with cold water. And hot water reverses it. But that is only one of Ranma's many problems. His father and Mr. Tendou make a deal that has Ranma and Akane, Mr. Tendo's youngest daughter, both get married so they can take over the family dojo. Until then, they remain engaged and unhappy.

Ranma 1/2 was canceled due to poor ratings, and was taken off the air to be retooled. It was relaunched as Ranma ½ Nettohen with a few changes in the staff. A new director was brought on, and Kawai Kenji was brought in to work with Mori Hideharu. The core art team was retained even though their were subtle differences in their work that became more obvious. The biggest name amongst them is Nakajima Atsuko, who got her start in character designs on Ranma 1/2. These episodes were shifted around a lot when they were brought to America to hue closer to the original order of the stories in the manga.

Ah..............how i love the Globefish plugin for Firefox.
Globefish is an automatic translator.
I just highlight a word or a phrase, right click and choose the option "translate to your language" and it automatically translates into the language of your choice.
That means Thank You in Arabic.
BTW, i highly suggest that you put those MU links inside of a code box and/or spoiler tags, otherwise they won't last long until they are discovered and disabled by bots (web spiders).
Just edit your post, highlight all the links for each series, and press the code button to hide them.
the code button is the one with a cardinal symbol ( # ) .
For an extra layer of protection you can also include Spoiler Tags after you created the code box by highlighting the links plus the code box tags, and then press the big ass button that says "Wrap [SPOILER] tags around selected text".
This way the links are protected, unless they are "stolen" and pasted unprotected somewhere else.
