Do you believe your request to be reasonable?
Hint: It's not.
Most of the people in this forum are either common users or uploaders, very few are encoders, and those have far more precious items to encode at any given time, than to purposely re-encode a show to a lower standard.

If you wish for small size encodes / low quality releases there is a dedicated room in Animetake.
If a smaller encode exists and was uploaded to AT, that's where you'll find it.
