For those missing the ice skating competition that was in the manga: the producers switched the episode order and did a flashback to the future to introduce Shampoo, the ice skating episode can be viewed in season 2. They did this because they were not sure if there would be a season 2.

The potential confusion comes from the fact that thirteen episodes were shuffled from their original spots when they were released in North America. The above page also list the English episode names for those who want to rename the files.
Plot Summary Ranma ½ was actually canceled on September 16, 1989 after 18 episodes due to low ratings.
One month later, the series was relaunched as Ranma 1/2 Nettou Hen.
Romance, comedy, martial arts mayhem, multiple personality changes, devilish dolls, haunted caves, magical phoenixes, evil ogres, legendary monsters and more!
It's not easy being teenage martial artist Ranma Saotome, but it's even worse when your martial-artist father Genma takes you from home at an early age to go on a decade-long training mission. He doesn't speak a word of Chinese, and yet he insists upon bringing you to the cursed training ground known as Jusenkyo, where falling into one of the many springs there instantly turns you into whoever-or whatever-drowned there last. And then, the two of you have this little accident...
From now on, a splash of cold water will turn your father into a giant panda, while you...well, you turn into a red-haired (and problematically well-built) female version of yourself. Hot water will reverse the effect, but only until the next time. What's a half-guy, half-girl to do?
Upon returning to Japan, the pair settle in the dojo of Genma's old friend Soun Tendo, a fellow practitioner of Musabetsu Kakutō Ryū or "Anything-Goes" martial arts which Genma passed on to Ranma. Genma and Soun agreed years ago that their children would marry and carry on the Tendo Dojo. Soun has three teenaged daughters: Kasumi, Nabiki and the hot-tempered, but helpful, martial arts practicing Akane.
As Akane is Ranma's age she is appointed for bridal duty by her sisters. Their reasoning is that Akane dislikes men, and that Ranma is only a man half of the time; therefore, they are perfect together. Although both initially refuse the engagement having not been consulted on the decision, they are generally treated as betrothed and end up helping or saving each other on numerous occasions. They are frequently found in each other's company and are constantly arguing in their trademark awkward love-hate manner that is a franchise focus.

I've got all these episodes on DVD, so I have no need to DL (Not the OVAs though), However I think I should mention that the original order some of season 1 and 2 have been changed since their original airing, after the series was un-cancelled the some of season 1's episodes where brought over to season 2 to boost ratings.
So in reality season 2 1-3 is right after Season 1 episode episode 15, and there is no S1 E 18 since that's a boring recap episode.
