I can't identify if it's Chinese or Korean, but it's most definitely not Japanese.
Then again, the lip syncing is mostly correct (just poorly executed by the movie itself), so whatever the language, its the original one.

Nevertheless this is not archive material in any way, so if one hasn't seen it before, then we might as well just watch it, endure it, and be done with it.

You are right, it is not archive worthy and yes it is the original movie and was poorly executed by the movie itself. I just put it out there for those that wanted to see it lol
Dude when i foudn out it wasnt Japanese I was like Heresy! this is Heresy. I then hoped the japanese would get angry and make their own version of it lol.. but that hasnt happened. -_-

@mbamg yes you are correct it is a Chinese movie and that is jay chou.
