Morisato Keiichi is an unlucky college guy. He has no luck scoring a date with the rich and popular Sayoko. He has bad luck in nearly everything he does. One evening while stuck at the male boarding house that he shares with his auto club senpais, he happens to make a call which gets connected to the heavens and to Belldandy. There, this goddess doesn't wait to announce she's coming for a personal visit, and she arrives via a mirror behind Keiichi. He is startled by her sudden appearance and doesn't believe she's real, nor that she can grant wishes. But he makes a wish -- for a girl like her to be by his side forever. His wish is granted and Belldandy is now contracted to stay with Keiichi on Earth for the rest of his life.

Keiichi's senpais don't take kindly to women being in the mens boarding house, so Keiichi and Belldandy are forced to leave. Eventually they wind up at an old temple where they set up camp and a life together. Can Keiichi survive Belldandy's sisters Urd and Skuld? Can he survive other goddesses who might drop by? Will he survive the attacks of the demon Mara? And what will Belldandy do now that Sayoko suddenly wants Keiichi?

Keichi Morisato is an university student. His roommates dumps all the laundry on him and went for partying. When Morisato dial his senpais phone no, it connected to goddess help center. Then a goddess called Belldandy appears out of a mirror in his room and tells him that she can grant him one wish. Now keichi asks her to be with him forever and she gets tied to him by the wish. He gets kicked out of dorm and he moved into to an old shrine and his troubles with her starts now.
