Need an logo for my website, can someone make one for me?

The size must be 280 x 42
Text: Xentos
Image left of the text: small server icon? aslong it looks good with the text
it must have a transparant background

I have a friend that makes logos, but it wouldn't be free.
(She's doing all kinda courses at Uni and reads all kinda guides, so she needs to earn something from doing that
