Uprising Glow Effect photoshop

Hi guys ^_^
i made a nice magic circle as my logo
and now i want to have some kind of glow efect since i disorted it so it will look like placed on the floor i want a lightning glow effeckt that is rising up
hope this helps a lil the circle u can see in my sig ^_^
has anyone an idea plz tell me

The effect you are looking for is "Motion Blur" and "Outer Glow" for the magic circle layer.

Lol, I doubt you're getting any detailed help. Since it's a real lengthy process to explain.
Anyway, with the brush tool and motion blur filter, you're pretty much good to go. You don't need anything else really.

Lol I'm gonna gues you havn't got a clue on how to do it. (just kidding)

It ain't that long of a process to explain.
It's quite easy to do and you'll have the effect pretty fast.

Here's what I can do to it....for now!...

I know it's a little messy and not in proportion....I'm in a hurry....got soooo many things to do...but on my day off...I'll try this again...differently!!!
