I'll first give some CnC.

1st sig: Sigs will 'usually' look better when you don't put the render straight in the middle, though there are exceptions. The duplicate of the render wasn't necessary.
2nd sig: The squares don't add up to the scenery. (don't know why you put that there) =S
Other then the sunset text, it's a nice scenery. ^^
3rd sig: Looks good, but those circles and your name could've been placed better. You could've placed your name on the wall or something, that would blend the text in with the rest of the sig + it won't be appearing out of nowhere.
4th sig: Hmmm, make it a bit darker or put a white/black gradient map (soft light - opacity ~50%), so more of details become visible. Other then that it looks good to me.

They're good sigs (in case you thought otherwise).
I noticed that you like to make bright sigs and you seem to like duplicating your render as well (1st + 4th sig), there's nothing wrong with that though.

Enter the sotw, join the gfx club and I hope to see more of your works.
