the best 3 from each category represent each site. For explanation lets say the wallpapers. So the top 3 wallpapers of each site go to the judges. they rate them from 1-10. then add the scores together for each site, and the one with more points wins in that category.

#1, the rest are just too plain. As boneslasher said...good ideas, but needed to go further in their work/detail.

I thought #1 was too colourful and the 'AnimeTake' didn't stand out enough.
