Two days ago I bought a new monitor.
It's resolution is 1920*1080, therefore I can't use any of my old wallpapers anymore. That's why I visited [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and downloaded a few new ones with HD resolution. Or rather:That's what I intended to do.
I knew there would be fewer choices.
I did, however, not expect that there would be none.
Then I decided to pay [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] a visit.
Sadly, there isn't even one decent wallpaper with the right resolution on either of the sites.

Now there are two things I'd really like to know:

1. Why? I don't think I'm the only one having a monitor with that resolution.

2. Is there a site which has true HD wallpapers?

Well, on AnimePaper there are even wallpapers with 2560 x 1600 resolution. But not for every wallpaper ;-)
Are you sure you don't have filter set on low resolution only?

Actually I lurk 4chan quite often. Could have thought of that possibily myself.

That's the problem... there are loads of 2560*1600 or 1920*1200,
but that 16:10 and not 16:9

1920 x 1080 isnt as common as other HD resolutions......since only recent monitors have that res so thats to be expected from AP and MT...not their fault.U could have bought a samsung 22 or 24 1920x1200 then u could choose among thousands of walls from AP and MT !
