First actual design and semi-new, thanks for all the help so far on progressing it! The chat bubbles with negative and positive determine whether or not you have a message or at least that's what I want. :3 I'm gonna be removing the arrow on the gear in the next update.

Criticism would be much appreciated! ^o^ Mainly doing this for fun and practice but also might try and get it functional for a site.

Oh, also, I know some of it's not proportionate and some isn't aligned. This is just due to laziness and doing some of it by eye. xD

Edit: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] changed the green to blue, added logo and the black box on the top left is where login/register/logout will be.

For a test image its not bad though I prefer the uniformity of the blue as opposed to using blue and green alternating. Since they're test images I wouldn't worry about the proportions, its a work in progress after all.
