Signature maximum file size

Hey guys (and girls), so I was planning on changing my signature. However, due rules and limitations, I was wondering if this image is within the rules of byte size. Does this one pass? If not, then what is the maximum byte size?

My signature is the following:

And if I should change anything with the picture, you're welcome to criticize. That includes: file size, colors or anything else.

Thanks, but I've already checked that out. The rules state:

Does this mean that I can use this picture?

Actually just use it. Your sig is pretty cool. You'll only know it's wrong when your signature was directed to the rules thread.
