Well you do make sigs but not a lot....oh ava talking hasn't work on it for awhile now like my current ava .gif meh..

Time to make a gif:
20+min to go through an episode
5+min to grab snapshots
5~10min cropping/resizing/timing the gif

That's my method. Timing individual screens makes the animation a lot smoother than fixed timess for every screen.

Yeah, that improved avatar of yours looks a lot better.

I've got adobe fireworks cs3, but I'm using photoshop CS3 to do my gifs.

Don't forget to optimize your gifs.
