Okay well I found out the site goes by GMT, and I missed the SOTW deadline.

Fail right? and I just got it done tonight.

anyways, here was what I had been working on

I really hate how I forgot that most sites run on GMT.

Though I was unaware, It was my own fault for not posting this 5 hours ago.

It looks pretty nice, I think it would have been better if the render wasn't out standing out IMHO. Since, the render has a lot of diverse colors going on, blending it with the background would have been more "stand out-y".

Its a nice looking sig and I like what you did with the background effects and all. Although the render needs some blending and I don't like the outside grey border.
Try blurring the render layer and then setting it on overlay, that should make it stand out a bit more.

Text seems ok but not too bad for your design.

Well, I'll be posting more of these as I get more done.

yea blending deff needed and but for the text its unreadable u either need to change the font or change the color. its good i just dont think that fit into a theme of darkness. it prolly does cuz i have never seen that char b4 but the rose with water droplets doesnt give me that dark vibe. as for the render blending try smudgeing, selecting around it and change feather to 20 or use a soft eraser...

would anyone be up to trying to make a combo sig for me? with Ren from dears and Taiga from Toradora....witha background from Maria-Holic? I got a couple of the screenies...here they be

im looking for a better pick of ren and the melon bread,but i was thinkin use the paint it red for the background and put ren and taiga on either side of it.what ya tink?

It's from a very famous game. If you knew the game, you'd know that he's a Dhampyr, a half n half of sorts, a human born vampire. The text color I like, it's white with a tinge of black, and is just light enough to see, I don't like making my text super uber dark unless necessary.

Yeah the water droplets were a bit much but I like them. *shrugs* Oh well. I don't like messing with renders to much buy yeah everyone has mentioned smudgin to me before. Changing the feather to 20 is a bit much... I'd only go to like maybe 10, any more and you are cutting into the render.

oh...heheh...thot this was a request thread to...my bad.
