Yhee he is a manga collector and also one of the nation's leading translator of Japanese comics. And he got a heavy fine for having the manga series where they showed young "naked" girls in. The pictures can´t cant be shown but this is how he explains how they looked:

Personally I think not because A photo is - should it be considered child pornography - an evidence of crimes. It is not a drawing, and therein lies a big fundamental difference but sure sometimes it´s to much nudity in animes and mangas.

Completely stupid for him to get fined. Manga is not reality, is almost never based off reality, and is classified as an art. It is widely accepted as such, and should be dealt with as such. I think idiots are just trying to get money out of him.
