Hello all,

I have been working on a program that can manage all downloaded anime series while letting you know which episodes you are missing as well as downloading (via torrent) any episodes that are recently released.

It also obtains episode titles, air dates, etc...

Its a program that runs in the background and provides a web interface to controlling and viewing it.

Everyone I've shown it to thinks its "wicked" and "would buy something like that".

So essentially, I'm just looking to see if anyone is interested in software like this before continuing.

How keen are you on the "would buy something like that" complements?
Because they'd probably just pirate it.

I figured as much, so I was thinking more of a "pay what you want", or as I like to call it: "Encouraged donation"

Well, this just sounds like a program lazy people would use.
Every feature you stated can be easily done without hassle.
You can look up episodes and titles off MaL ,
Newest episode releases by using a RSS Feed on Nyaatorrents
For DDL's you can RSS Feed Animetake's home page.
& For "Missing" Episodes if you see a episode and don't know whats going on you should've realized that you didn't download the previous one. No need for a bot to tell you. Besides there's like multiple groups doing same series at the same time, Therefore you'd have to make the bot organize your releases by a certain sub group.
