I plan to visit Japan for 1st time this summer but can't decide where to go ... Tokyo - Akihabara and places around Tokyo or even totally different city ... any advice for someone who goes there for 1st time?

BTW I plan on going for 2 weeks as a new commer and budget for whole trip will be around 40K Czech Crowns (cca 1600 Euro or 160K Yen).
