God, I love how on every anime forum there is a tattoo thread. I love it even more how people always say shit like, "just remember you'll have it on your body forever, and you probably won't like it in a year, and think about how it will look when you're old and wrinkled" (I totally said that in a satirical 50's housewife voice). Whatever, most people have stretch marks, scars, and a whole host of other things on their bodies that they don't like. Why not mark it up with something that is a work of art. I get that there is still a big taboo on tattoos since this is the west where some people are silly enough to think everything said in the bible is true, and that only criminals, sailors and easy women get tattoos. I think they are awesome, and yes, I have one myself. I also know that in HS before I was 18, I turned several people onto them by pointing out the facts above about how if your only reason for saying you wouldn't dare get one is that it is permanent on your body, then you're pretty silly when you think of all the scars, birth marks and other shit you have marking up your pristine body.

I can't see anything wrong in tattoos, I regard them as a form of art and expression so for that matter they should be respected. Now, I don't dwell into somebody's motives for getting one, I'm not to judge anyone. If you want one (and know which one) go for it, at least I wont look down on you, but please find somebody who will do a superb job on/for you and not something out of [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I have had a tatto in mind for a long time now.. A back tatto, but I have no money for it now.. But first I will do my sons name somewhere..

I dont like when people makes tattoos just for doing it.. I think we should do tattoos if we feel that "this i like and I want it" ..
