The HD 6850 is mentioned in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], and it's been praised in other places, so probably a good choice. Just make sure you check whether the dimensions and power requirements are compatible with your current setup. I had to settle for the HD 5670 because it's the best card that would fit in my computer.

I would recommend a 6950. They start at around $220. I have 2 2gb msi TFII oc ones in crossfire, and there isn't anything they don't rape. I origionally only had one, and even that was enough to run everything on pretty much max settings. The only thing it cant do is ubersampling on the witcher 2, but there are not any cards that can for under $500. here is the one i have

I am also in the market and have found the Sapphire Flex line to be just what I need. As far as how good they are, they are normal 6XXXs in the normal sense and do about the same and run a bit cooler than other companies' 6XXXs. Their real power comes if you want more than 2 monitors without DisplayPort. It has 2x DVI and 1x HDMI and two miniDPs. So if you are looking into eventually getting 3 monitors (like me) than Flex is a great choice and, even if you are not interested in Eyefinity, it still runs pretty cool at the same settings as the other 6870's and 6950's depending on which model you take.

The 6850 1GB is 199.99 and the 6970 2GB is 279.99 in Newegg.

a 2gb 6950 goes for more like $280 in aus
for that price range the 560ti really is the best (once again based off Australian prices)
soo...what country
