MangaShare got hacked a few days back. I think they just got hit again. They must have pissed someone off pretty bad. Let's hope AT has better server security.

Lolz, it's time to add a few more layers of defence I reckon. Screw password login, so out of date. Need retina scan and hair dna sampling. And maybe require 2 keys to be turn at the same time, like on nuke subs, lolz.

It was someone that has hacking as a hobby, I was rather surprised when the stuff turned in a blue screen and re-directed to the hackers site.

Well, Mangashare was lucky that the hacker didn't have any evil intentions, and owner did get it back in the same day.

The hackers that are more dangerous are the ones with revenge intentions, this is a total other story. They take it fully over and demands a randsom, or take it over without the owner let it notice. And then they modify the site a bit or place a trojan horse on the site for stealing information. ( their are also people doing it with home computers, I can't image anyone who doesn't have had any trojan horse or a virus in the past.)

I have really no idea how well the site is protected, but I hope Naga makes work of it if it isn't already done.

it was some group called pro2leet or something , and lol evil pissed them off again if MS got hacked again

It's funny how they call themselves pro2leet, yet what they do is clearly opposite. They used the same loop hole in the system to get in, and they uploaded an exe file when the hosting server wasn't even Windows.

Well that's gay though, whether the site gets hacked or not, they will always be "another" site for you to DL/read mangas... so what's with the worries??

And that implies same for AT as well though, I wouldn't want bunch of nerds hacking and cripping this site -_-;; I love AT so much XD

IMO, instead us worrying about getting hacked, we should worry more about getting the site down because of stupid "companies" ranting about copyright/pirating etc... that shit is pure f#$@ed up
