I've tried the embed code from youtube and it doesn't work for me. This works for me all the time:

[youtube] copy and paste the bit after the '=' sign of the youtube address
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPexnf_stJA < this
Close off with a second [youtube] with a '/' between the '[' and the 'y'.

Looks like [youtube]XPexnf_stJA[/youtube ] get rid of the extra space in the second youtube and it should work
Or just copy and paste the whole URL between the two [youtube]s

And you should get:
