Built my rig back in late 06 when the GeForce G80s were wiping the floor with the ATI cards. It was a beast back then... not so much now but I'm planning super duper upgrades by the end of the year

. That, and the mobo. Stock speeds right now but I did OC the RAM+CPU a while back... didn't turn out so well with the mobo.

Games? Crysis, Crysis Warhead, World in Conflict + SA, GTA4. Those 4 are the most hardware taxing games.
