Not much to say but Portal is free on steam for a limited time only. I think the 24th is the closing date.

If you don't know what portal is then i suggest you get it. remember you need steam.

And who stoked for Portal 2 eh

Yea I like that they made portal free and the closing date is May 24 I like the portal gun especially using it in garry's mod

Can't wait for portal 2 I went to valve and here is the link they give for portal 2 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

P.S. Now there is two other games steam have that are free, if anybody likes halflife 2: deathmatch it also comes with the Lost Coast which is really only for testing your video card. Give me a pm

How do steam giveaways work? If you log on and grab Portal when it's free does it stayed keyed to your account or is it gone if you delete after the cut off date? I bought the Orange box, and haven't logged steam since I finished with it, but I'd tell a few friends of mine to get their free portal if they can keep it after the 24th.
