Well if you were trying to use the Full voice seen.txt with the non voiced version that's probably what your problem was. There's a patch there that has menu translations as well.

If it an .001 file, then merge with a software like HJSPLIT and then extract the complete file.

If it a .partxx, xx being a number, then just run the extraction on the first part and it will automatically extract all the information from the over .partxx files too.

I keep hearing people talking about how great the Visual novel version's of certain anime are. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what some of there favorite Visual Novels are and where the best place to find sub'd versions of them are?

Well if you like a certain animé and that certain animé was adapted from a visual novel, then try it. I've tried a bit from left to right. CLANNAD, Fate/Stay night, Ef - A fairy tale of the two and so on.

If you want to know whether or not a certain Visual Novel has been translated into English, you could check this site out [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

It's actually pretty much like reading any other novel. But in most Visual Novels you get to interact with the story and choose the protagonists future.

I am going to give Fate Stay Night a chance first I loved the anime so I hope the VN is also epic It was a pain to install so I hope its gonna be good Anyone else know of any epic visual novels that would be a shame to miss out on?

Highschool of the Dead is good. Zombie survival. It has a little ecchi, but the characters who join up are just a shame to pass up. It ended pretty abruptly, so if you get too attached then maybe you shouldn't. However, if you don't mind then just read it. There's only five volumes. Oh, and it might be old, but I remember Flame of Recca being very good. Just in case it may sound too old, I would like to add that it is NOT THAT OLD and support that it's not drawn like a kid gone drunk.
