I play HON too, as m_tonberry, although I'm pretty bad (I mostly play with friends who played a lot of DOTA).
seriously though scout...the most annoying character yet, and a good reason to never play a game where you're allowed multiples of the same hero. I once saw 4 people as scout in one game T_T
