Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine for the Nintendo 64 is still one of the hardest games I've ever played. Could be because I played it ages ago, but we'd have to see how well I could manage.

I just have to find a copy of it. It's incredibly rare.

So fucked up... of course, I've played it on "easy" mode when I was in Japan, in one of the arcades in Akiba... and I could only get up to 2nd boss rofl. I think I've spent at least more than few thousand yens on this game...

Which is even more fucked up than the first one -_-;;

P.S I sometimes wonder how the hell does Japanese make all these crazy games and there are actually crazy people exists who can play these games casually?? Or is it practice??

Honestly, I wouldn't say Demon's Soul is hard par se, It just brutally punishes you for making mistakes or playing too recklessly.

On topic: In recent years, probably the Ninja Gaiden Sigma games on higher difficulties.
