Haven't we had this thread a million times? The answer is always Touhou or I Wanna Be The Guy (though I Wanna Be The Tribute is harder).

Guilty Gear ^Core Plus, final fight against Order Sol (The one after I-No with auto regen, auto regen tension, takes 1/5th damage), 9 rounds, 30 seconds, and on maniac difficulty.

So far, I've only done it with Order Sol, Sol Badguy, Slayer, Potempkin, Jam Kuradoberri, and Venom.

devil may cry 4 on hell or hell mode still havnt completed it and considering i beat dante with out getting hit dam. either way the game after that doesnt seem physically possible. still i love it cause its such a hard game to complete

Same here, the game on hell mode is very hard. Its almost imposible to finish it

MGS2 on european extreme difficulty, 1 hit from any boss attack for instant death, no questions asked. Some of the fights are a bitch even on hard mode =p

Almost tore my hair out completing Mile High Club on cod4 veteran, thought that was pretty hard.

as for my opinion on hardest game to finish= drakenguard on ps2

the gameplay itself wasnt hard, but in order to finish the game completly i spent well over 400 hours
