PSP with CFW for win and there is even a DS emulator for the psp(still beta)

There are so many things you can do with your PSP once its got custom firmware. It wins without contest IMO

id imagine not having 2 screens and touch screen capability would severely limit its possibilities to successfully emulate games that anyone would call acceptable.

PSP is the clear winner though... if not just for the fact that you can emulate just about every retro system on it.

There are some awesomely unique titles on the DS though, so as someone else said... both FTW.
