I saw this thread and thought I should clear up a few things regarding the news post.

I must have missed this, correct me if I'm mistaken, but I don't remember Kojima actually saying he would work on ZOE3, just that the MGS4 Integral Podcast team was interested in finding out how many people want them to work on it. If you have a source, feel free to share it.

No no, it might, or it might not. We're all just hoping they announce something regarding ZOE at E3. Anything about the hidden messages in the flash is just speculation at this point.

I don't mean to get anyone's hopes down or anything, but if jumping to conclusions can be avoided, that would be best. Anyway, it's been over half a decade since they've done anything with the series, so they'd please so many people if they would just give ZOE some attention instead of more Metal Gear sequels/prequels/spin-offs, etc.

He said he was planning a ZOE3 long before MGS4 was done, but he couldn guarantee that would be the next project. Later he said he had 5 different game ideas for MGS and as long as none of the team wanted to do them instead that he'd be able to do something other than MGS. Later he said he might even do a Survival Horror game. also there's this image from PSW magazine.

cool. im hoping against hope its Zone of the Enders. come on Konami listen to the fans. lets keep our fingers crossed we,ll know for sure in about a week. I really really really hope youre right WolfSoul. i think if its not a new Metal Gear it will definately be Zone of the Enders. and like you said they just did a Metal Gear so id say the chances are a little better than 50/50
