They're going to release a PC demo on the 1st March, probably to try and counter the piracy, so you might as well give that a go.
You don't need a particularly fast PC or anything either, the game has been "optimized" for consoles, in other words, they've made all the levels very small (unlike the first game) so it runs well even on older machines. |

Yeah it is, there's greater draw distance (as seen in this pic) and other settings, but everyone was expecting Crysis 2 to set the graphics bar once again, like what the original Crysis did.
However, whilst the graphics are pretty decent looking, they're don't have the same "wow" factor and in some ways/places, Crysis 1 actually looks the same or even better. Still, the majority of these opinions and critiques are from people who've played the leaked beta, so how much Crytek can polish or enhance the final game has to be seen. |
