I'm just curious. Which games do you think have massive massive plot holes?

Personally for me the winner has to be Galerians.

Dorothy captures, and tortures to death the person who happens to have the only activator for the deadly computer virus, the one thing that can destroy her in his mind. She then copies his mind onto her strongest minion. Which part of this seems like a good idea?

Cloud: Hey guys that guy with the silver hair, I don't know why, but I have a feeling we need to follow him and stop him in any way possible.

Everyone else: Meh, don't have anything better to do. Not like our true enemy is Shinra or anything. They didn't just drop part of the disk onto all our homes to kill us or anything.

FFTactics Advance. Destroy world? Well, why not, we helps... It illusion anyway.
But biggest plot hole in Breath of Fire V. It has no plot, only holes.

Replay it, when they first get out of Midgar they start to follow him, to stop him. There is no information at the start of the game to suggest the Hero of the world and soldier was a bad guy.

they first started chasing him because he killed president shinra and "kidnapped" jenova. Besides, after this, cloud found that he was the one responsible for the fire in nibelheim. Plenty of reasons to me : P
