Weapon: a single largish wind and fire wheel (aka chakram I guess)
Powers: Shadow

A fallen knight of the moon who seeks redemption. Wind and fire wheel becauses they look cool and for symbolism. Why shadow? Well, you can't fight what you cannot see.

Weapon: Martial Arts
Power: Amplify yourself with wind, aka barriers which deflect/alter the course of attacks and so on.

Weapons : A pump shotgun, a desert eagle and a katana.
Power :The ability to infuse any elements in the katana.

-A pump shotgun because of it's awesome firepower and it makes sense to wield it around rather than something with much more firepower..let's say the rocket launcher or a bazooka XD Good for blasting away a group of assailants.

-The desert eagle because of its obviously faster firing speed than the shotgun and it's fire power is strong for a handgun. Use it to shoot at a certain angle or for a single enemy.

-I think a katana is a very cool and elegant(lol) weapon to fight in a close-range combats. And plus, I want it to be like, the housing host for the fusion of elements like fire or wind with the katana so...I'll be wielding a multi-element katana in battles. Heh heh.
