It's bad... BUT nobody can explain WHY it's bad COMPARED to other English dubs.

I don't watch English dubs because they always stripped away the emotions in the dialogues. Sometimes, the background music and sound effects got degraded too.

I don't know how accurate that bit about "Asian Dub" is. Was it dubbed by Asian, or was it dubbed by native English speakers residing in Asia, but come on, nobody in real life speaks like that, Asian or non-Asian.

It's bad because it does not impart the same story as the original/subbed version does. Granted if one has never seen the subbed version they would not know what they are missing. But that's hardly the point.

When an anime like this has been "dumbed down" for a market like the US it loses something. That something is usually important key aspects to the development of the story and/or characters. When that happens it loses it's originality and becomes no better then any of the typical mass produced US animations.

To much of that and ppl will start turning into Zombies and the fall of civilization is not far behind.

The dub was made for the Asian market, I think I heard funimation are dubbing the US version
