As the title states, this seems to be the latest Square Enix project.
An FF MMO on the PS3, it gives rise to some questions, as on how to chat in-game and if it will be with a monthly fee or not, but the game looks splendid at the moment.
5 races, every race puts the emphasis on a certain stat to make clear that some races are more viable as a certain discipline.
For example the Mi'qote have more Agility than others so they will have an extra when playing as Pugilist or as Archer.
Every race has a subdivision which seems to be mainly cosmetic. Dunefolk - Plainsfolk or Keeper of the Sun - Keeper of the Moon.
I have also heard that there won't be a normal leveling system, but something more like a pure stat change without a level. Haven't found any source on that yet though so I'm not sure, Greatfarian should have more info on that.
Not going to link any of the trailers or screen shots as they are all easy to find on the site I linked.
So I'm wondering, who's anticipating this game? Who's going to play and as what? Keep in mind that not all classes have been released and maybe not even all races.
I'm rolling a Mi'qote Archer, Sun/Moon, don't know yet.
But I didn't know then, that a human can, just by living, damage another human being beyond repair. Haruki Murakami, Norwegian Wood
Thx Orge7 for the Ava.

Not really, FF XI is on the pc and has a monthly fee so I'd rather not, plus it's grinding all over just to lvl a bit.
This one might be a lot of grinding too but I don't think you can just so easily compare the two ...

They're going great lengths to add questing (guildleves), eliminate the need to party (but its still very efficient), speed up combat, and overall westernize the game more.
Ive been waiting for this game quite awhile(about the same time they said ffXIII was coming soon)
Im looking forward on playing the new world they made
