To be perfectly accurate, it's: Under 100 bucks for the Move, the Eye camera and a game. There will be multiple packs for people who either dont want the game or have the camera already. Frankly I'd bet that would put the the Move by itself at a price point anywhere from 35 to 60 bucks. They'd want to keep it as in expensive for people who want to buy more than one assuming they dont just sell two at a time.
The sub controller isn't required, it's only and option being offered for people who don't want to use the sixaxis for character movement.
The Orb at the end of the controller is what the camera uses to determine position in space. The size of the orb tells the camera how close it is while accelerometers and gyros in the controller give accurate rotation and pitch/yaw/speed data to make it far more accurate than the Wiimote which only provides perfect 1 to 1 movement with Motion+ attached and even then there's still a time lag between when you move and when your character moves.
All anyone really wants are good games, Make them and people will want to play it. The first group of games show were built in under a year so it's not likely the first games will all be much more than really pretty Wii games but there's nothing wrong with that since they want to prove they can do the same thing that is making the wii sell like people need it to live.
Of the 36 companies actively looking into Move, SquareEnix and Konami are two with EA being another already announcing Move support for Tiger woods golf 2010.
