If you're refering to the second mission, I don't think you can sneak up on it. It seems like most of the mission targets you can't sneak up on. I just used Bahamut to wipe out the little mutts.

I know what you mean, theres a group right near where you first enter that area right? Either way ... it's pretty much impossible, wide view range + constantly running round bigger thing = pretty much impossible xD

Almost through chapter 12... just gotta say that the architecture in the city with the park-themed areas is some of the most beautiful I've seen in a game.

Oerba was gorgeous too, with perfect background music.

Replacement PS3 should be arriving today (managed to get it free since I'm only a little out of warentee), does anyone know if the save files are locked to the PSN account or the ps3? (Since I hear you can't save on another's save game)

Got a 3 month guarentee on this thing so worst that can happen is this one falls victim to FFXIII as well and I get another replacement. (And more proof on the console breaking)

Just got to chapter 11. Doing those side missions/hunting stuff.

I wonder when I stop getting better gear. Trying figure out when it's time to start upgrading the gear T_T

your savegame are in your hard drive not in PSN.only trophies are sync into PSN.for savegame/dlc etc you can used the "transfer to other ps3" option in the setting tab.you need a LAN cable to connect between two console and start the transfer after that.

No I transfered the save to a usb stick before doing the system restore earlier but I'm hearing about people not being able to save after loading downloaded saves so I was wondering if this was caused by not being on the right console or not being on the right account.

sometime it happen when you are using the wrong account.my savegame from fat ps3 which i transfer to my new slim works fine when i restore the back-up data into slim.but if only you are using the correct account.

as for the game data which you are download from psn cannot be saved into usb drive same like copy-protection savegame.so,you can only transfer the data using the method i mention before.

p/s:still stuck at chapter 11 where i have to fight with Dahaka......

Ty anyway. (Don't really want to reset so soon but I'm damned if I'm going to play this game outside of warentee)
