Yeah..I agreed....Kenpachi had own shikai and also his shikai is the same as Ichigo( constant state )..However, he is doesn't know his shikai name...that's why he cannot use full power of his zanpaktou...

Well of all Captains Kenpachi is my favourite because of his trait for not following orders but he has to do something about his hairstyle
