Here we theorize what people's Bankais are like. This includes Lieutenants, captains, and people who already have them but just won't outright use them.

I'll start with Old Man Yamma. His Bankai is simple- a massive version of his Shikai. In the same way that his Shikai is comparably strong to the Bankai of his subordinate captains, his Bankai is probably too strong to be used in any area aside from space.

This isn't an exaggeration, at the very least. His Shikai had the power to blow up Karakura back then, right? He couldn't use Bankai because it would obliterate the barrier and would probably end up burning Japan as well.

In my theory, at least.

Also Rukia's is probably just like her brother's. But with ice... lots of ice...

I think that Rukia's Bankai might be a little like Ichigo's/Byakuya's put together. Her power is greatly increased, but it alters her appearance as well. Nothing like Captain Toushiro's, but similar to Byakuya's - a mini blizzard coming from the swing of the blade (among other properties of course).

Kenpachi's Shikai probably has something to do with lightning/Electricity - I can only speculate. His Bankai, I have no Idea...

Urahara - I don't think I've seen his - His Bankai must be like Soifon's, some sort of projectile.

Yuruichi (Used to be 2nd Division Captain) - Her Shikai is probably animal based, likely a big cat - panther maybe? - I think her whole body would become the weapon. No thought on the bankai.

Kyoraku And Ukitake (I believe they are the oldest students of Yamma-Jii), Just like Yamma-Jii they've only used the shikai form - they likely have large scale Bankai that can only be used in certain conditions.
