I don't think this is a fan made video. It's most likely a promotional video. It is called a trailer for a reason.

Also all the content in there is what's gonna happen in the next arc for bleach anime anyways. We've seen all that in the manga. I guess it makes sense that they release a video of what they have already animeated of the manga as a promotion, so that we have hope for when the gay filler arc finally ends.
