The beginnings of glee,
All are too good to be.
For when in love, I'm not in reality.
I'm not in this world even partially.
I'm sent to another humanity.
One made of affection and ardency.
A world of complete blissful harmony
Yet a world that exceeds normality.
A paradise is oft' to be its referred name.
A delusion, however, is what I proclaim.
For love in our realm sprouts only from desire.
The dire need to acquire love's majestic fire,
Reaching out for the whole fanciful entire.
Yet an everlasting love could not ever appear.
It is something that you can only see or hear,
From the many constructions of an imagineer.
The seldom couples that do, however, persevere,
Are only the ones that cease to be even here.
For when a pair reaches that state of affection
They both begin to lose reality's connection.
Once lost, they live in their own world in captivation.
Never to return 'till the end of the delusion.
Sorry for taking so long to post this. I had lost my internet for a whole week due to migration and i was unable to post anything. I also sorta took my sweet time writing this as well, so even with or without internet, it still would have been a awhile 'till I'd post this.
Either way, enjoy the poem and comment if desired. my ears (well in this case eyes) will always be wide open for your words.

No need to apologize for your poem is really worth the wait. I too have been busy and will continue to be so until the end of the month. I love these line:
For love in our realm sprouts only from desire.
The dire need to acquire love's majestic fire,
Reaching out for the whole fanciful entire.
They play in my head over and over again

.
Thank you for sharing your work and I am looking forward to more.
