ps: the 720p and 1080p are the "HIGHT" of the media meaning the second number in the resolution. so if your monitor is 1024x768, or whatever that 4:3 is, you can only play 720p video not 1080p

Thanks for the feedback.I play everything on my WDHD TV Player on 32" screen. The particular Macross 1080p has been around for a bit and I have not come across another. I downloaded it quite while back and thought that you may know whether it was an upscale or not. I suppose I can download a couple of Thoras to compare them. I did notice that the file sizes for Thoras were larger than the 1080p that I had, maybe thats just an audio thing.
