About this episode, have you checked the crc after you download it? Use anime checker, rapidcrc, hashtab, or any other application to check its crc32.

Though you're saying you downloaded it 5 times and its still corrupt... Are you using cccp?

Well that is most probably cuz the blu rays were having problems with video decoding at the start of their life, probably it was cuz most people (including their creators) didnt know how to actually encode it well on the Blu ray disks, still now i think that is old history and now blu ray has the better image quality you can ever get i suppose but i wouldnt know cuz i dont have it
