Is there any way to ask some people to do it? Dumb question probably, but I've never run into anything that I wanted to watch and wasn't subbed until now O_O'

It would have to be brought up to multiple fansub groups, but the problem with this is they generally wait for blu-ray release before subbing. I wish you luck at asking other fansubs to sub something though, I've only ever been turned away or spit on by such groups. Hopefully you can fare better.
