If it's 13 episodes they'll have enough time to finish rushing through the so called re-cap and then it'll be over. I very much doubt they'll end it there, and if they do it'll end up being a mediocre series, due to how much they seem to be cutting out compared to the original.

There were rumours flying about related to them having it as a year long series, and so long as they don't fill it up with fillers (and I don't see why they'd need to yet) it should be good.

Yeah what's the point in a remake with a different artistic style (chibi thing)? I prefer the last one. Animation is real good but I think I won't watch this series.

I already had to watch old ep 1 in new ep 3. And I was not planning to watch any series I've watched before...

And about the 13 ep thing, I was pretty sure it was going to be around 50 like the last one...

Now stop making stupid comments, about nonsense rumors and shit like that. The way they are doing this remake so far is perfect. Noone wants to watch the same thing all over again. So they compact things, remove unimportants ones, and change some others to make it entertaining.

pointing out where and how people were coming to that conclusion.

To add a little, remember the first series had invented scenes in between the manga ones.
That contributes a lot to feeling this one so different.

Also, this design style is much more like the manga one. If anything, you guys should be bitching about the first series changing it, instead of this one actually being more like it, as it's a remake of the manga, and not the anime. Just saying, in case you want to whine about something.

agree so much. everything is too light-hearted and heroic... all the darker dramatic moments are shoved aside in like 10 seconds. disappointing we have to sit through this terrible rushed recap though.
