Just read all translated chapters of the manga (only 8 so far). I'm really glad they turned it into an anime, even though it was a 4koma. Has that Minami-ke and Lucky Star feeling to it really~

its an interesting anime thats for sure. I was pleasantly surprised she didnt keep up the lie even with the guilty feeling. Normally they tend to keep lying til either midway through the series or til the end. But surprisingly she came right out with it. The animation is a bit intriguing too, not bad to look at. I doubt the music quality will be as good as Beck or Nodame Cantable but it seems a bit promising.

I am curious to see how they plan on her learning the guitar. It's not like guitar hero where anyone can pull it off with a lil practice.

oh and whoever said its impossible for a drummer to sing is so wrong. I've seen drummers sing many times, they're not the main vocalists but they do put in their part.

Done watching episode 1. The artwork reminds me of Kannagi.

Yui Hirasawa seems like a combination of Minorin and Fuuko to me.
