*sigh* I thought people understood the story long ago? Seriously..... the crow represents reincarnation. More ways than just the guy being reincarnated as the crow but also the other characters as well. When the story goes back to the feudal era it talks about where the whole story began. With the winged girl being attacked as a demon and the main character's (the male of course) descendants being a part of that story and passing down their talents through their children so that one day when they meet again, this is where the reincarnation comes in again, they may break the curse and set the winged ones free. Hence why the female lead character always got hurt when she got close to anyone, because of the curse that was placed on her by the priests back in the feudel era. Yes, the curse was stuck to her spirit and not her body. Oh and the ending has another reincarnation if you noticed.
