some of the anime you mentioned does have a hint of romance, e.g. FMA2 and i know it like an atom worth of romance but it has it.

toykyo tribe 2 has some init like the dude who gets raped to death by the fat buddah

Clannad is a great school, romance, comdey anime, but the movie is too short, and the anime consist of drama as well. Still my all time favourite, plenty of feel good stuff in there. GTO is another one, though since its a few years old now, the air might be considered substandard but still a bloodly great anime.

Might not be a movie but Great Teacher Onizuka and School Rumble are must watch's IMO

School Rumble would have been better if they had actually finished the anime to the end of the manga.

It's about a bunch of kids telling each other ghost stories!The stories are not too creepy with a few actually being intresting and If you have time to burn then give it a shot!
